Pakistan Monument is a beautiful place located in Islamabad, Pakistan. It is a national monument. It is designed with an amazing concept.

The petals describe the unity among the people of Pakistan. It is assumed that four petals are for provinces. But it’s a wrong concept.

Each petal represents the culture of Pakistan people i.e., Punjabi, Sindhi, Pashtoon, and Balochi. The small three petals are representing Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, and Minorities.

Collectively these people from different cultures are protecting the flag of Pakistan, star, and crescent. 

This design gives a patriotic feel and hence, it is the best place to visit on Independence Day.

Moreover, the sculptures of Quaid-e-Azam, Allama Iqbal, Fatima Jinnah, and many other heroes. It recall all the efforts that were made in history for the freedom of Pakistan. If you can reach Islamabad, you must visit this place on Independence day.

This is one of the best places to visit on independence day. It is located in Rawalpindi. It is a complete representation of the Pakistani Army and their endless efforts to protect Pakistan against enemies.

The sculptures of Army heroes are present in the museum. Moreover, the belongings of Army Martyrs are also showcased. Such as letters, radio, books, uniforms, etc. 

The environment of the Army Museum makes the one feel proud to be Pakistani. The helicopters and tanks are also displayed.

I would say that words can’t describe this place, you need to visit it whenever possible.

Don’t you think Jinnah Mausoleum is the best place to visit on Independence day when you live in Karachi? 

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is the founder of Pakistan. His endless efforts along with his companions have resulted in the independence of Pakistan.

In my opinion, we should thank Quaid-e-Azam on 14th August. Jinnah Mausoleum is the best place to visit on Independence Day in Karachi.

The Tomb of Iqbal is located in Lahore. As Pakistan is the reality of Iqbal’s dream, how can we forget Iqbal on independence day?

The architecture of the tomb is of Mughal Style and the red stonework is nice looking. Hence, it will also be a patriotic place to visit on Independence day.

Lok Virsa Museum

Heritage Museum is located in Islamabad. It is the largest museum of Pakistan and represents the different cultures and heritage. It is divided into different sections including Sufis and Shrines Hall, Lok Virsa Library, and many more. 

The museum represents the culture of Punjabi, Sindi, Balochi, Pashtoon, Kashmiri, etc with beautiful sculptures and art.

Pakistan is a nation with different cultures but with one religion and this is a unique factor. Therefore, visit this place to explore the beautiful cultures of Pakistan.

Minar-e-Pakistan

Minar-e-Pakistan is located in Lahore. It is decorated with lights and a beautiful light show is arranged here, on Independence day. 

It is a place where the Resolution of Pakistan was passed on 23rd March 1940. Hence, it is a national monument in Pakistan. You should visit it on Independence Day. 

Wagah Border

Wagah Border is situated in Lahore. It is also a good place that you can visit on Independence Day. It is a grand trunk road between Lahore and Amritsar, India.

Moreover, a Flag ceremony is celebrated on 14th August each year to mark the independence of Pakistan.

Pakistan is our country and on the independence day we can visit any place to celebrate. However, you can also celebrate this event by staying at home. 

You can raise flags, play patriotic songs, watch patriotic movies, and enjoy your day. However, you can visit all the above-mentioned places and have a HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY.
